Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney in a hybrid work environment, this role will functionally report to the Experience Lead. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Event & Marketing Communications Specialist to lead our Innovation Hub & experience initiatives. As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering memorable customer experiences, driving demand generation, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Qualifications in Marketing/Communications with digital elements
  • Experience in a marketing discipline with a strong digital focus
  • Profound understanding of commercial and marketing dynamics, with a background in brand marketing and experience in B2B marketing & event management.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated good presentation skills
  • Customer first mind-set

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted adviser and expert in all areas of Innovation Hubs & events, leveraging market insights to develop integrated marketing experiences that amplify our brand and strategic focus areas.
  • Actively engage in stakeholder management within the marketing community and business units, fostering strong partnerships and alignment, including training, upskilling & nurturing of Ambassadors & Hub Champions.
  • Manage the Innovation Hub communication plan.
  • Operational management of the 5 Innovation Hubs including booking, scheduling, maintenance, upgrades.
  • Support Event Manager with execution of all 3rd party & owned events including experience execution, merchandise, trade display etc.
  • Execution of brand, transversal, and thought leadership marketing communication as required.
  • Collaborate closely with business units, XBU, agencies, and other Marketing Communications specialist functions to ensure seamless execution of experience initiatives.
