Job Description
We are now on the lookout for a motivated Marketing Director to define strategy, plan, and implement the company’s overall marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in video game marketing with a marketing, communications, or business degree (or equivalent work experience).
  • Exemplary leadership skills, fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
  • A proven track record in overseeing and executing successful marketing campaigns (as a Marketing Director or Community Manager).
  • Ability to be highly organized, flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • A deep passion and understanding of video games, virtual reality gaming, and general gaming culture.
  • Solid knowledge of the gaming community in various channels such as Steam, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, etc.
    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the intake, planning and execution of a range of digital marketing initiatives with internal teams and agency partners, including but not to be limited to, social media, content production, campaigns, website updates, and email marketing.
  • Assist in administrative and budget tracking of projects and approvals as required.
  • Analyze and report on market trends and campaign performance, metrics and insights
  • Manage project schedules for digital paid media and content programs
  • Develop engaging text, image and video content for our communities (social posts, release notes, newsletters, surveys, etc)
  • Collaborate with graphic designers in the creation of visual content (e.g. images, videos, press kits and business proposals)
  • Develop and maintain a social content calendar, highlighting important dates, milestones and trends that are in line with marketing and production strategies on a daily basis
  • Coordinate submissions and logistics to attend festivals and conferences
  • Other duties as required
