About the Role:
In this position, you will work closely with our founder to plan and create engaging content, coordinate social media and CRM activities, arrange speaking engagements, and oversee essential administrative duties such as diary management. This role is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in supporting others, values strong relationships, and takes a careful, methodical approach to keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Organisation
– Plan, film, and post video content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
– Arrange video shoots, ensuring equipment and locations are prepared
– Edit (or collaborate on editing) to produce polished, consistent content
– Maintain content calendars and ensure schedules are up to date
- Speaking Engagements and Events
– Identify relevant podcasts, conferences, and exhibitions; coordinate appearances
– Manage event logistics, from scheduling through to on-site support
– Communicate effectively with hosts, organisers, and vendors
- Marketing and CRM Support
– Use (or learn) Go HighLevel or a similar CRM to track leads and manage client outreach
– Monitor and report on campaign performance, proposing potential improvements
– Follow structured processes to ensure marketing efforts remain coherent and effective
- PA and Administrative Tasks
– Oversee the founder’s diary, scheduling appointments and confirming meeting details
– Assist with client onboarding, ensuring a positive, well-organised start for new clients
– Support day-to-day administrative duties to maintain smooth operations
– Communicate clearly with colleagues, keeping everyone informed and aligned
About You:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Some background in social media, content creation, or marketing
- Basic video editing skills, or a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Go HighLevel is a plus, but training can be provided)
- Strong time-management abilities and an organised working style
- Comfortable working remotely, with occasional in-person collaboration for events or shoots
