ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Marketing Team, the Content Marketing Executive will generate and deliver engaging content for our social and digital channels, with the objectives of brand awareness, audience engagement and driving sales.
Working closely with the wider team, the Content Marketing Executive will use their creative skills to find new ways to communicate the Belfry story to new and existing guests who choose to spend their time with us.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness, engagement and sales
• Responsible for managing, creating and scheduling all content on social media channels including Insta, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn
• Manage the content calendar to ensure a regular presence across all channels is tied in with wider activity including email marketing, website updates and digital campaigns
• Manage The Belfry’s photography and videography requirements to ensure the visual identity of the brand represents the Resort’s aspirations across social, website and emails
• Liaising with other departments to create an engaging social media calendar that touches all areas of the Resort
• Collaborating with design team when necessary to provide attractive and engaging campaigns
• Working with the PR Team to create news stories and blog content
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on all relevant channels
• Keeping up with trends and technologies
• Identify relevant influencers on social media and ensure collaborations are manged with the PR team
• Monitoring and responding to guest feedback, comments and social media posts
• Collaborate with the Commercial Marketing team to support the overall business needs
