Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, writing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a passion for storytelling.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword search, and content optimization techniques.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare IT is desired.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and analytics tools like Google Analytics are desired.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality talent.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce a variety of long- and short-form content, including blog posts, articles, website material, social media posts, email newsletters, and video scripts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to understand the needs and interests of the target audience in the context of their user persona and buyers’ journey.
  • Conduct research - including interviews with clinical users and industry KOL’s - to develop clear, engaging messaging that represent the value of the company’s solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, product management team, and engineering teams to develop and execute content strategies that support marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engine results.
  • Manage content lifecycle from ideation to publication, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and branding.
  • Develop and maintain an ?editorial calendar? for the release and management of scheduled content.
  • Analyze and track content performance through metrics such as engagement, traffic, conversion rates, and SEO rankings to optimize future content and improve results.
