SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Qualifications in a relevant field or previous experience in a similar role favourable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and company priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimise marketing efforts.
  • Experience with social media management and engagement.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyse data.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools e.g., CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software e.g., Adobe Creative Suite (favourable).
    Photography or videography experience (favourable).

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate and dynamic marketing team at our new Adelaide office! Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate campaigns from concept to completion, conduct market research, and craft engaging content across various platforms. You’ll also assist in organising promotional events, manage social media interactions, track campaign success, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and alignment with sales goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in planning and organising promotional events, internal employee initiatives, field days and trade shows.
  • Create and schedule social posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media performance.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Develop engaging content for various marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, social media posts and website updates.Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral.
