We are looking for a driven and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with our Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager and marketing team, supporting everything from campaign execution to the operational side of social. You’ll assist in coordinating key projects across digital marketing, product launches, and social content. You will also contribute to performance tracking and reporting, delivering insights that help drive continual improvement.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND DESIGNATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in digital media, social marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with Shopify, social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), e-mail deployment tools (e.g. Klayvio), business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker), or design programs (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) are pluses.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of projects with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and report on key metrics.
  • A passion for learning and appetite to try new things

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support
  • Assist Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager and Marketing Director with the execution of marketing campaigns, including:
  • Proofread marketing assets, emails, and website content for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Write briefs for creative teams, coordinating copy and visual assets.
  • Liaise with the merchandising team to ensure the marketing calendar aligns with product arrival schedules and inventory updates.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns, including proofreading, ensuring accuracy in links and design, and more.
