Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, coordinate marketing projects, and support the marketing team with administrative tasks. Reporting to the Marketing Programs & Events Manager, this role blends marketing, coordination, and social media management to ensure successful event promotion and delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in project management, communication, and social media content creation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (Marketo)
- Some travel may be necessary for events.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of company event plans and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are managed efficiently.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, emails, and social media content.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote events and programs.
- Maintain event databases, track leads, and manage attendee lists and follow-ups.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for events and programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for event inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to attendees.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration for event planning and execution.
- Gather feedback from attendees and provide insights for future event improvements.
- Assist in creating engaging content for event promotion, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and event outcomes.
