Description:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join a national beauty distributor, and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of their portfolio of beauty brands. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industries.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management software).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time ( based in Toronto)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing materials.
  • Organize and manage marketing events, product launches, and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage content creation, from concept through to production, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and vision.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
