Our award-winning product and team are looking for a Marketing Coordinator.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • 3+ years marketing experience (Not an entry-level position)
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Experience in software and tech space is an asset (SaaS, B2B, CRM etc)
  • Strong Analytical skills and solid project management
  • Highly Creative and diverse campaign success in multiple digital channels and event marketing as a bonus
  • Knowledge of Non-profit sector is a plus
  • Proficient in social media management, including strategic planning, content development, scheduling, and posting

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a new member of our marketing team to join and contribute to our company’s growth and product launch plans!
The Marketing Coordinator will spearhead demand generation efforts focused on executing the company’s marketing programs and develop content and communication campaigns strengthening our brand and lifecycle marketing measurement and automation. This role will focus on prospects and existing customers, which offers various and creative ways to launch campaigns and oversee all marketing operations. Your key goal is to help drive the company’s product awareness and influence growth.
Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert in marketing communication who has a flair for writing in the software and tech space. Your passion for designing, implementing and executing successful campaigns and have had experience activating out of the box approaches to achieving your goals. As an individual contributor, you thrive in an environment that is focused on execution and collaborating with cross-functional peers to drive success. You are an exceptional communicator, creative, and have a knack for explaining technical terms in an approachable and exciting way through your copywriting and other communications. You love to analyze customers’ behavior and other buying signals and convert that into creative, targeted, value-packed campaigns through multiple campaign vehicles. You have a data-driven foundation that can pick up on valuable insights and work closely with the product team to continually improve the product. You are resourceful and thrive in an agile environment that values results and impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Design, plan, and implement key initiatives for customer marketing programs and coordinate with customer success team members.
  • Conduct research on customers and prospects in addressable markets and support product team on key product differentiators
  • Implement campaigns to help reinforce products unique value propositions along with company value and brand philosophy
  • Stay Informed on market trends, competitive shifts, market dynamics and shifts and support new growth and company initiatives.
  • The go-to person for all company communication guidelines and brand identity
  • Create and manage communications and content across all digital channels (email, social, and web)
  • Work with team to develop reporting standards to help measure the effort of campaigns and other cross-functional metrics
  • Lead efforts to increase brand visibility and awareness through strategic initiatives such as conference participation, digital marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and securing speaking opportunities.
  • Own, lead and develop marketing assets for email campaigns, collateral, social posts, event tools, customer surveys and digital ads
  • Coordinate A/B testing and other digital marketing performance initiatives
  • Maintain customer and prospecting database and help improve segmentation and other key personalization criteria
  • Work with customer success team to develop broad customer marketing initiatives
  • Set up marketing tech stack and maintain key reporting tools
  • Coordinate efforts with third party agencies, and or freelancers on occasion
  • Introduce key themes for content to support community and customer success efforts
  • Implement a qualification process for sales and business development
  • Use out of the box content and methods to leverage all social channels
  • Be the company voice on community boards Internally and externally Linkedin)
  • Oversee SEO and other discoverability efforts to maintain global footprint.
