ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Brand Marketing Team, our mandate is to raise CPA Canada’s profile and enhance brand value across our crucial portfolio areas. To this end, we are looking for an accomplished, digitally savvy and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
As a Marketing Coordinator at CPA Canada, you will be responsible for executing, coordinating, and delivering marketing and communications tactics for portfolios aligned to core aspects of the CPA profession. You will work cross-functionally with our Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Digital, Content, and Production Studio teams to execute integrated and impactful campaigns and assist in monitoring and measuring campaign success. Campaigns are primarily digital, with some standard components.
The Marketing Coordinator supports our Brand Marketing Team to ensure collaborative marketing efforts, continuous learning, and coordinated brand building.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will:

  • Write and edit marketing materials such as articles, presentations, web copy, multimedia content and other collateral
  • Develop, organize and present innovative approaches to generate content quickly in response to emerging topics and issues affecting the accounting profession
  • Develop creative and impactful marketing communications tactics from concept through to execution and analysis. Emphasis will be on digital marketing
  • Support the development of creative briefs for priority campaigns and take the briefing lead on more tactical campaigns
  • Coordinate activities such as design, copywriting, translation, editing and distribution of marketing assets across digital and social channels
  • Ensure alignment of all marketing and communications material with CPA Canada brand guidelines
  • Support campaign measurement and reporting via Google Analytics and Social Ad Managers, coordinating and participating in post-mortems
  • Respond to feedback related to community engagement initiatives and provide recommendations
  • Support key team and departmental initiatives as needed
  • Assist in efforts to improve process efficiency and enhance quality/effectiveness, contributing to continuous improvement
  • Build relationships with external and industry colleagues to remain current on best practices and emerging trends
