Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
QTC are seeking a motivated Marketing & Education Support Coordinator to join the Advisory Division in Brisbane on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Executive Education Program Manager as the marketing and education support coordinator, you will contribute to the growth and success of QTC’s education program by coordinating the programs marketing activities and by performing operational support duties to ensure a consistent day-to-day operation. Your efforts will be crucial in driving the program’s expansion and ensuring a seamless educational experience for QTC clients.

Responsibilities include:
You will bring prior experience from a similar role including:
- Design skills – Adobe, Canva, Illustrator or similar
- Copy writing skills.
- Publishing skills – WordPress, campaign monitor
- Event management skills, including event platforms (e.g. events air, Eventbrite)
- Administration/operational skills including managing enrolments, participant and survey data.
- Self-starter & able to work autonomously.
- Strategically creative
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to develop effective relationships with clients, vendors and staff
- Prior relevant experience (preferably in education administration, student recruitment, operations, or marketing)
- Experience within an education setting would be highly regarded however not essential
