It was established in 1978 and is an official royal warrant holder since 2007. It has six of its own stores (Flamant Knokke, Sint-Martens-Latem, Sint-Genesius-Rode, Antwerp, Brussels), including one in Paris. Its products are also available in more than 200 stores worldwide.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you develop, coordinate, and execute all FLAMANT Marketing & Communication activities.
In your role you are a crucial part of the FLAMANT Marketing team.
The ideal candidate has experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communication, advertising, branding, digital, social media and events.
The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Tasks:

  • In cooperation with management, develop and execute the full Flamant online & offline marketing strategy & plan:
  • Manage all marketing communication activities
  • Plan, budget and execute
  • Email marketing
  • Advertising
  • Search advertising
  • Social advertising
  • Measure and maximize ROI of all activities, ensure continuous improvement.
  • Customer insights, competitor analyses and market trends are included in your execution & optimalisation.
  • Support the FLAMANT digital marketing strategy, leveraging various platforms and tools to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Track & report on paid ads on Google & Meta for effective traffic and ROAS.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal (CRM) tools (Sales Manago, Trello …), including databases.
  • Maintain inventory of sales support & POS materials, ensuring all are current and accurate and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
  • You are the point of contact for third parties (Press – Agencies – Events – Stores …).
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Collaborate closely with content marketer, ecommerce marketer and graphic design team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, or a related field and a proven experience of 2-3 years in marketing operations, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Dutch-French-English) with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective relationships.
  • You are mature, work proactively and independently.
  • You are a hard worker and hands-on.
  • Teamplayer, can-do attitude, commercial mindset and result-oriented
  • You work in an organized way and can set priorities.
  • Affinity with fashion / interior styling / design / lifestyle is a plus.
  • Strong marketing expertise and experience: email marketing, online advertising, social marketing, content marketing, …
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools and programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing.
