MARKETING COORDINATOR

Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

We are seeking a dynamic and savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help advance our mission through strategic growth and development.
At the Thrive Center, we create and share resources rooted in cutting-edge psychological research to explore the profound connections between spirituality and mental well-being. Our aim is to illuminate how spirituality and religion can foster resilience and thriving, benefiting not just individuals, but entire communities and the world. While we embrace a broad understanding of spiritual health centered on love, our Christian foundation allows us to offer specific resources that reflect a Christian perspective on wholeness and thriving.
Role Overview: This role involves understanding market analytics, identifying and responding to market needs, developing innovative marketing strategies, oversight and implementation of social media, growing a sense of connection with our community, and informing the Center’s strategic direction, content, and program development. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director and Senior Directors to provide data-driven direction for the development and implementation of the overall strategy of the Thrive Center.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Theology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
SKILLS:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
- Expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
- Experience in building online communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong writing skills.
- Experience creating or oversight of the development of media for marketing
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires repetitive motions and sitting at computer keyboard
- Able to hear and speak on the telephone
- Able to read, take notes, and view a computer monitor
- Able to conduct business at other offices on campus
