JOB SUMMARY:

Profire is looking for a dedicated and passionate Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer for Maternity Leave coverage. If you are someone who has a positive attitude, a love for brand consistency, and a hunger to expand your knowledge of the industrial combustion world, then this position is for you.
You will conquer an ongoing list of projects varying from conceptualizing and designing print & digital materials to owning marketing campaigns; collaborating across several departments to ensure brand consistency with a customer-focused approach.
Your eye for detail and understanding of brand identity will ensure our presence remains consistent and impactful across all mediums, driving engagement and growth. Your balance of graphic design expertise and campaign experience makes you a perfect fit to assist with promoting legacy products, partner highlights, and new product launches.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, design, and update various marketing materials for both print and digital collateral including, but not limited to product sheets, brochures, manuals, web graphics, blog post graphics, infographics, social posts, email campaigns, sales presentations, promotional items, and trade show displays.
  • Champion brand guidelines for consistency company wide and ensure all company projects are completed with quality and brand consistency.
  • Work with the web developer team on UX/UI design for sites and apps. Assist with website and app maintenance as needed.
  • Lead, manage and execute marketing campaigns to promote sales objectives across a variety of channels and platforms including social media (LinkedIn), email, digital, and in-person-events.
  • Create and maintain branded Microsoft Office templates for staff use.
  • Assist Sales team with ad hoc requests as well as support them with Trade Show and event organization as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or technical degree or diploma in Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design preferred
  • Exceptional Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and standard applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of and experience in customer journey and sales cycle to optimize lead-nurturing and customer retention
  • Video editing and creation capability
  • UI/UX design experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress preferred
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar is an asset
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management software is an asset
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to adhere to tight timelines
  • Ability to work with engineering drawings or CAD files is a bonus!
