In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of key tasks, from assisting with content creation to coordinating photoshoots and updating digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with a talented team to ensure consistency in our brand’s visibility and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree/diploma in Marketing from a recognized College or University.
  • Experience in a marketing role, with an emphasis on digital marketing and content creation.
  • Experience in SEM and PPC advertising.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Design knowledge and skills to use Canva, Photoshop, and other graphic design software.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging digital and print content such as signs, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials to support promotional activities.
  • Manage and optimize SEM and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand exposure.
  • Regularly update and audit website content, ensuring promotions and materials are current and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Upload and manage promotions in the Yardi system and maintain accurate information across platforms.
  • Organize and manage events, including the development of marketing materials, event logistics, and promotional efforts.
  • Coordinate photoshoots for property listings and marketing materials, ensuring timely and organized execution.
