The role: The Marketing Coordinator responsible for executing the activities on the brand’s international media channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for producing and publishing content. The Marketing Coordinator must be a custodian for the consistent delivery of the TRIB3 and PILAT3S brands.

BEHAVIOURS, REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role, preferably with a strong understanding of social media, content and email marketing.
  • Experience delivering and reporting on marketing performance.
  • Hands-on channel experience with digital and social media marketing.
  • Confident in creating and curating content.
  • Educated to degree-level or above in marketing or a related creative field.

The person

  • Strong team player with excellent relationship-management, communication and organisation skills.
  • Confident, energetic communicator able to foster strong relationships
  • Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
  • A passion for health and fitness is desired. We love team workouts and experiencing hands-on the TRIB3 experience!
  • Must speak and write fluent English.

Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:

Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars, scheduling social media posts, blog articles and press releases, ensuring brand adherence and quality across channels.
  • Engage, monitor and respond to queries and comments on social media platforms in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Produce engaging copy for various social channels Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, posts, ensuring that copy reflects the brand’s voice and identity.

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Support the planning and development, execution and monitoring of new campaign concepts and initiatives with the Marketing Manager.
  • Track key metrics such as audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals, and conversions across social media channels.

Email Marketing

  • Produce and execute content calendars for email, SMS and push notification communications, ensuring optimum frequency to meet business priorities.
  • Analyse and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Sales Funnel Performance

  • Support the delivery of collateral to drive franchisee acquisition working closely with the wider team.
  • Monitor sales funnel performance, tracking key metrics and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
