JOB OVERVIEW:

Are you a creative, motivated student looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing? FreshFind is looking for a Marketing Coordination Intern to join our dynamic team! As a Coordinator, you’ll help us increase marketing team collaboration and work efficiency, improving marketing project implementations, and bridging team communication gaps to keep all marketing team members informed of direction.
Ultimately, you will be working on marketing strategy for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be enrolled currently in a postsecondary program in business, marketing, media, or communication related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including proficiency in social media, content creation, email marketing, advertising, and e-commerce platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Capcut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and others for video and graphic creation purposes is a plus
  • Familiarity with analytics tools is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to company websites
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms
  • Connect with local food-business owners and assist them in sharing their journey, as well as tips and tricks, to help increase the chances of success for new entrepreneurs
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Plan and executing day-to-day scheduling and posting of materials/content for all social platforms
  • Review content created by our content creation team to ensure quality
  • Present briefs to the marketing team, outlining campaign details and deliverables
  • Remove roadblocks for marketing team to get their work done
  • Coordinate filming and production projects
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using analytics tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Apply digital marketing best practices to implement and run successful content marketing campaigns
