The Marketing Coordinator at InvoCare will execute a range of main media campaigns across traditional channels, digital channels and marketing collateral including marketing campaign work and brand photography.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Funerals, the Marketing Coordinator also provides support to our field teams with local area marketing and engagement campaigns.

Key responsibilities include

• Perform market research and competitor analysis to support the formulation of tactical marketing initiatives aimed at achieving organisational goals
• Manage in-house graphic design function including the development of marketing creative and field requests (leaflets, event flyers, banners) across InvoCare brands in Australia
• Supporting the Head of Marketing Funerals in developing monitoring and optimising marketing campaigns
• Content management and maintenance of central library for marketing and brand material (SharePoint, photographic library, Inform and Marketing Connect) to ensure material is updated, accurate and correctly stored and shared

• Detailed monthly review of media invoices and collating reports from national customer service item suppliersManaging Work in Progress meetings with key field stakeholders

• Our InvoCare support office is currently located in North Sydney, but we are thrilled to announce our office will be relocating to the Northwest or Western suburbs by July 2025.
