Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Senior Marketing Advisor by coordinating promotional, event, and advertising projects while ensuring brand image compliance. You will be responsible for producing marketing content, monitoring campaign results, and managing communications and partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration (with a focus on marketing), communication, or other relevant and equivalent university education;
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and communication;
- Excellent command of both French and English, both spoken and written;
- Communication and writing skills (essential);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Bilingual in French and English;
- The use of digital media and tools like CRM in the overall strategy is important; therefore, the candidate must demonstrate a high proficiency in using these technologies.
This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate email communications, particularly by preparing mass email blasts;
- Write and revise marketing communications in both French and English;
- Monitor campaign results;
- Update content on the web content management platform;
- Manage the inventory of promotional materials;
- Manage the process of request for proposals and orders with suppliers and track invoicing;
- Participate in the development and coordination of special and occasional projects;
- Collaborate with organization stakeholders to continually improve processes and the overall brand positioning.
