THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Support Office team, who support 46 Early Education Centres based in Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. We’re growing every day, so we need passionate team members just like you to join us on our journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage engaging content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice (inc. brochures, flyers, and digital assets) alongside our Designers.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with our brand guidelines.
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive community engagement and enrolment (e.g. coordinate events and promotions in the local area).
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • Oversee the content management of our website, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurately reflects our services.
  • Collaborate with the web developers to implement website enhancements.
  • Design and distribute internal and external satisfaction surveys and analyse survey data and NPS scores to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and distribute internal newsletters - highlighting news, updates, and key information.
  • Maintain and update our public profiles on Google, social media platforms, paid advertising portals, responding to reviews and comments in a professional and timely manner.
