MedPro Disposal is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team! We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads. Responsibilities:

Content Creation & SEO: Leverage your strong SEO skills to develop high-quality content, including blogs, e-books, infographics, and website copy, that enhances visibility and drives traffic. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with our brand’s voice and tone.
Graphic Design: Utilize basic graphic design skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to create visually compelling graphics for use in content, marketing collateral, and social media. Ensure consistency across all visual content.
Email Marketing: Craft and manage email marketing campaigns that effectively engage multiple audiences, including customers, prospects, corporate partners, and internal teams. Tailor messaging to resonate with each segment while maintaining overall brand consistency.
Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness and increasing lead generation.
Collaborative Outreach: Work closely with the Director of Marketing and other executives to develop content strategies and outreach plans that engage our target audiences.
Event Planning: Plan and coordinate high-quality marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and industry trade shows. Represent MedPro Disposal at these events to gather market insights and feedback.
Marketing Collateral: Write, design, and deliver engaging marketing materials that support our sales and marketing initiatives, including case studies, brochures, and sales support content.
Innovation & Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing efforts meet brand standards, are cutting-edge, and maintain the highest level of quality.
Administration & Strategy: Support the Marketing team with administrative tasks and strategic planning for both print and digital campaigns.
