Description:

The world doesn’t need giant media organizations to tell every story. The world needs millions of creators. People who are brave enough to share their own stories, create their own art. To educate and inspire the world.
We’re working to help every creator earn a living and help companies find the right content creators to work with.
Modash is the starting place to create sponsorships for thousands of creators every month. We help creators find their voice and be visible for brands to find them. Modash platform helps iconic consumer brands scale their partnerships with online creators. We’re looking for a full-time in-house Marketing Coordinator to help us grow faster.

REQUIREMENTS

This role is for a marketing generalist who can get sh*t done. You’ll be part of a small 4-6 person marketing team, creating impact across several different programs and channels.
You’re the person each program lead can come to with full confidence that you’ll crush any task that lands on your plate. You can gather context quickly, understand the “why” behind what you’re doing, navigate roadblocks, and get stuff done.
Although this is primarily a “supporting” role for existing marketing programs, we do not perceive it to be a junior or entry-level role. We’re looking for someone with experience and business acumen who wants to grow inside an ambitious B2B SaaS team.
To be a great fit for this role, you’ll ideally have experience of working in a small marketing team, in a fast-growing company, wearing lots of hats.

This role will be hugely varied week-to-week, and month-to-month. But, here’s some (non-exhaustive) examples of what you might do:

  • Collaborate with the strategist and writer(s) on long-form written content: conducting research, finding examples, uploading content to our CMS, updating older content.
  • Making minor tweaks to existing paid search campaigns. For example, reviewing search terms & updating negative keyword lists.
  • Coordinate cross-team efforts at in-person events (for example, we just attended & sponsored Creatorfest!)
  • Become the go-to marketing contact for finance, resolving any issues with invoices, receipts, and billing.
  • Working on our non-English SEO content programs, coordinating work with AI translations & native editors in our CMS.
  • Own a variety of other ad-hoc projects end-to-end.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

If it isn’t clear by now, let me reiterate:
We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, and can get stuff done.
You’ll be the person that has a good foundational understanding of most ongoing marketing projects & systems across the team. You can jump in and apply your focus to whatever is most impactful in a given day or week, as priorities constantly shift.
That is the most important thing for this role, and what we’ll be looking for evidence of during the hiring process.
Ideally you’ll have a strong marketing background, but deep expertise in any specific marketing discipline isn’t required.
You should have excellent English, both written and verbal. Our team is distributed across many countries, but we work & collaborate day-to-day in English.
You’ll be working remotely in a distributed team. Your future teammates include Ryan (UK), Eleni (Greece), and Whitney (France). It’s important that we can collaborate asynchronously. We heavily prioritize candidates with strong writing skills.

AND A LITTLE MORE ABOUT US…

Founded by a high-school dropout and a Canadian (yes, we’re also shocked it’s going so well), Modash is building a suite of tools that help brands scale partnerships with online content creators.
1000 companies like Google, Wolt (Doordash), Bolt, and Nord VPN use Modash to find, analyze and monitor social media creators.
We have some very big customers. Some have already changed the world. But many of them are just starting out. Modash is their first customer acquisition channel and we help make their missions come to life, in our small way.
We’re a profitable company. We’re also backed by the best investors in Europe. Including Icebreaker.vc, Change Ventures, and a group of Europe’s top founders.
We’re a small team and we’re just getting started. You’ll work with people who have done everything from building solar cars to hanging out with Metallica and Bon Jovi.
Folks who have seen the inner workings of companies like Amazon, Veriff, Pipedrive, Yes, and the burning man of startups - Pirate summit. Come be great and do great things and make great stuff and create great memories while making a great impact. Do it

Responsibilities:
