Position Overview:We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 3+ years of experience to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns, coordinating events, and managing digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in marketing who is ready to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with our marketing director to help shape and deliver campaigns, create content, and analyze performance data to drive growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the health tech, life sciences, or related industry.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience in content creation, with an understanding of brand voice and tone.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive insights and improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to work.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all components are completed on time and within budget.
- Content Creation: Support content creation for various platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Digital Marketing: Help implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing. Monitor digital channels and suggest improvements based on performance metrics.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Brand Support: Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines, and contribute ideas to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive and market research to support ongoing campaigns and product positioning. Share insights with the team to refine marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and campaigns are executed efficiently.
