The Role
As a marketing coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of Nexio Projects’ dynamic marketing efforts. You will play an important role in end-to-end campaign execution from plan, to execution and measurement of success. Your responsibilities will vary from content production to managing events, webinars and executing campaigns. You will also be responsible for email marketing, data analysis, and digital marketing efforts. Tracking performance metrics and optimising campaigns will allow us to keep learning and optimise future campaigns. Your creative skills will can shine as you design assets that adhere to Nexio Project’s brand guidelines.
This dynamic and multifaceted role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong organisational skills to drive Nexio Project’s marketing success.

  • University degree, ideally master’s in marketing, business administration, communications
  • You have at least 2-4 years of work experience with a focus in content creation, campaign execution and graphic design
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation strategies
  • Experienced user for visual creation tools (like Figma, Canva, Photoshop), CRM systems (like HubSpot) and social media management (LinkedIn, Google, Youtube, etc)
  • Ability to analyse marketing metrics and generate reports
  • Knowledge and working experience in the B2B market.
  • Native or strongly fluent in English; any other European language is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Passionate about sustainability.

Your tasks include:

  1. End-to-End Campaign Execution: The process from supporting the campaign strategy, from goal setting to planning, execution, campaign measurement and optimising
  • Support in Creating Marketing Materials: Content creation, production, and design (such as brochures, presentations, and banners).
  • Event & Campaign Management: Help organise and provide logistical support for marketing events and execute marketing campaigns. Some travel might be required
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet campaign goals.

Responsibilities:
