DESCRIPTION:

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team based in Silverwater, NSW. As a key member of the Sales & Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and implementing various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

What we seek

• Manage, maintain and update internal marketing portal, merchandise portal, signage and uniform portals and support all enquiries and orders.
• Create assets for social, website, intranet, brochures, signage, event, and internal communications including video and photography imagery as required.
• Monitor communications and requests via social media streams.
• Manage, monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of digital channels.
• Manage and maintain website maintenance, updates and google business accounts.
• Assist in the planning and executing of sponsorship and events including coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site support to ensure successful event outcomes.
• Support the Tender Team during peak workload periods to include preparing tenders and questionnaires, managing tenders inbox and navigating tender portals to complete compliance.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

What you can offer

We are looking for proactive candidates with a collaborative mindset, capable of working autonomously as well as in a team. Ideally you will have:

• Strong understanding of and competency in digital marketing, social media, and analytics
• Proficient use of design software such as the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects with skills in compositing and editing video and photo.
• Advanced skills in office computing applications – Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management skills to complete task unsupervised
• A good eye for design, and the ability to create a visually compelling marketing collateral and content with a high attention to detail
