REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar role
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data entry
  • Experience planning and executing corporate events would be an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation and execution of our marketing, brand, and positioning strategies.
  • Lead Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for various platforms including the website, direct mail, email, radio, and blog channels, under the guidance of your manager.
  • Support Data Analysis and Resource Management: Aid in the development and upkeep of internal resources, including conversion data analysis and the marketing calendar.
  • Drive Business Development: Initiate and support outreach efforts to generate or strengthen relationships, partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Champion the Brand: Uphold and promote the company’s brand and values across all activities and deliverables.
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities through thorough market research.
  • Support Team Projects: Assist our entrepreneurial team of doctors with various project and communication deliverables as needed.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Support the planning and execution of small events, managing deliverables and communications.
