Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Our Creative Studio in London is expanding, and we’re seeking a highly organised, dynamic, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in executing and refining our marketing strategies across our brand portfolio. Working collaboratively with diverse teams, you will develop and implement dynamic digital marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, captivate audiences, and drive business objectives.
A crucial part of this role involves analysing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against key performance indicators, utilising social media and website analytics, and refining strategies based on these insights.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across our variety of brands to enhance visibility and engage customers effectively.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using key performance indicators. Proactively recommend and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. This involves detailed analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover potential opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Manage and plan content creation for all brands and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of all social media platforms, ensuring their effective integration into a seamless user journey from start to finish.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Support our leadership team in the formulation of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that are designed to meet the company’s overarching business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and data analytics.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with diverse groups.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
