We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in B2B global campaign marketing, with a strong focus on supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and 1: Many type activities. This is a junior role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in campaign coordination and digital marketing support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B global campaign marketing.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and 1:Many marketing activities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Outreach).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Prior experience in event planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of B2B Tech or Subscription industry

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of global B2B marketing campaigns, including ABM and 1: Many initiatives. Work closely with senior campaign managers to ensure seamless delivery of campaign activities.
- Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing efforts by helping to create briefs, share content with agencies, and review reporting of online campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and web platforms.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage registration processes, and support event follow-up activities.
- Content Creation: Help develop compelling marketing materials such as email copy, social media posts, and landing pages. Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with campaign goals.
- Data Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics. Provide regular reports to senior team members and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for campaign initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, executing contracts with the legal team and maintaining project timelines.
