Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a REMOTE Marketing Coordinator for a national company with an office in Downtown Seattle. This role operates within the engineering industry and requires the individual to develop and coordinate various marketing materials and proposals. The position also involves conducting research to support business development and coordinating with other firms. STRONG PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience with Content Management System (CMS) and CRM.
  • Knowledge of database management.
  • Ability to create and manage editorial content.
  • Experience in developing advertisements and blogging.
  • Ability to enhance brand awareness.
  • Understanding of budget processes.
  • Experience in campaign planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role such as Marketing Coordinator, Proposal Coordinator or similar
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign
  • Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Capability to manage and manipulate databases effectively
  • Experience in the creation of editorial content and advertisements
  • Demonstrable skills in blogging and creating brand awareness
  • Knowledge of budget processes within a marketing context
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate compelling marketing materials such as proposals, interviews, and brochures.
  • Review and analyze RFPs/RFQs and work with technical project managers to develop strategic responses.
  • Organize and coordinate all elements of the proposal • Write non-technical sections and edit technical material for proposals.
  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate a range of marketing support activities, such as award submissions, conference support, and press release development.
  • Conduct research services in support of business development, including mining news, websites, and industry news sources.
  • Cultivate peer contacts in client and detail oriented organizations.
  • Perform additional duties or responsibilities as necessary.
