Role overview: The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in managing relationships with our retail and distribution partners, executing and organising campaigns and marketing initiatives as well as supporting the broader marketing efforts of the brand. This position requires a versatile individual with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, ready to thrive in a fast-paced and engaging environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.
Time management: Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
Team player: Good sportsmanship and teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative environment.
Social media savvy: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok.
Writing proficiency: Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
Client liaison: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and external partners.
Tech proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools.
Composure under pressure: Confident and capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail: Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three years of experience in marketing and/or project planning roles, preferably within the consumer goods or lifestyle sector.

Responsibilities:
Partner engagement: Collaborate with retail and distribution partners to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies across all territories.
Communication: Keep partners updated on global marketing initiatives and developments.
Brand ambassador management: Co-manage global brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Creative briefs: Develop clear and thorough work briefs for the in-house creative team to guide project execution.
Project planning: Create and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives from conception to completion.
Traffic management: Oversee in-house traffic planning to align client expectations with the creative process and deadlines.
Internal reviews: Organize and facilitate internal reviews to optimize the quality of creative outputs.
Marketing executions: Conceptualise and execute on marketing initiatives to expand the reach of the brand and product through retail partners, key opinion leaders and identify opportunity.
Campaign development: Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team, including planning and organising shoots.
Presentation development: Create compelling Marketing and Sales pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for partners.
Budget management: Prepare budgets and monitor marketing expenditure.
Production coordination: Work with suppliers to oversee the production of marketing collateral.
Sales support: Facilitate marketing support for sales and operations teams.
Content creation: Utilise copywriting skills to produce engaging content for blogs, mailers, and other communications.
