POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an experienced Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team’s initiatives and campaigns. You’ll assist with various marketing activities, from content creation and social media management to event coordination and managing marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience is preferred
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Software: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress CMS and Social Media Management Tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively, contribute fresh ideas and understand good design principles.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Content Creation: Help develop and edit engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, craft & schedule posts, and engage with followers to boost brand presence and engagement.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic decisions.
  • Marketing Materials Management: Manage, create and maintain inventory of various marketing materials including product displays, samples, brochures, promotional items and more.
  • Graphic Design: Work with Marketing to develop graphic and web designs, email marketing, social media graphics, and a variety of signage for both internal and external use, that align with the company’s brand standards
  • Customer Focus: Develop and maintain strong customer-focused relationships with internal and external clients
