Description:
DO YOU HAVE A PASSION FOR SALES, MARKETING AND MAKING AN IMPACT? DO YOU WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT SWEDISH, IN ADDITION TO BEING A SHARP COMMUNICATOR THAT THRIVES IN BUILDING STRONG CONNECTIONS WITH BOTH NEW AND EXISTING PARTNERS? IF SO, WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU! WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT MARKETING COORDINATOR SWEDEN TO BE PART OF BOOKBEAT’S CONTINUED GROWTH JOURNEY!
As our new Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our continued growth on the Swedish market through sales driven partnerships with other companies and organisations.
This role is perfect for you who are in the beginning of your career and want to take your next steps in a fun, fast paced and dynamic environment where you can make a real impact – both in the short and long term! We believe you have a relevant education and/or up to a couple of years’ experience in a similar role. However, having the right personality, skills and drive to develop within growth-driven marketing is key to us, and we therefore put a lot of emphasis on personal suitability.
To succeed in this role, you are a doer that makes things happen. You are both curious and creative, and easily take initiative and ownership of what you do. You have a data-driven approach and always seek to understand the effect of your efforts. You are also great at establishing new connections and eventually turning them into long-term relationships. You enjoy working independently, but also thrive in a team setting.
As Marketing Coordinator Sweden, you will mainly work with setting up, developing and nurturing different types of external partnerships with other companies and affiliate publishers, but also support the team with other marketing initiatives when needed. You will be a part of the Swedish marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Director for Sweden and work closely with sharp specialists in the whole Marketing & Sales team. Your workplace will be our HQ in Stockholm.
The role tasks include (but are not limited to):
- identify, initiate, develop and manage partnerships with external companies and affiliate networks
- plan, book and implement campaigns with our partners, such as offering BookBeat as a benefit through their customer clubs and loyalty programs
- continuously analyze the performance of our partnerships, using data to optimize future efforts
- support the Swedish team with other marketing initiatives
We would love it if you have:
- a relevant university degree in economics, marketing or communication
- worked with marketing, sales or similar tasks alongside or after your studies with 1-3 years of experience
As a person you are someone who:
- has a “nothing-is-impossible”-mindset
- is a sharp communicator that speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has a good knowledge of English.
- is proactive, data-driven and loves experimenting with new ideas to drive growth
- is curious and a self-starter that is not afraid to try new things
- is a people-person who’s not afraid to reach out to new connections pitching ideas and new concepts as well as negotiating beneficial set ups for BookBeat
- appreciates working in a thorough and structured way together with your team
Are we ticking all the right boxes? If so, we can’t wait to receive your application! If you have any questions, contact our Marketing Director, Sweden and Finland at nathalie.lindberg@bookbeat.com.
As an employee of BookBeat AB, you can enjoy a benefit package that includes the following:
30 days of vacation each year
ITP1 occupational pension
Occupational group life insurance, work injury insurance & business travel insurance
Yearly wellness allowance
️ Weekly wellness hour
Working equipment (computer and phone) as well as phone subscription

ABOUT US
In 2015, we began our journey towards the goal of offering Europe’s leading service for digital books and in 2016, we launched to the public. Now, about 9 years since our broad launch, BookBeat is used by over 900 000 users every month. We are an ever-growing company within the Bonnier Group and all members who join our journey have the possibility to make an impact on our development – both in the short and long run.
Today, Team BookBeat consists of 160 curious and committed doers. Are you interested in becoming part of our team? Wonderful! While our employees are experts at many different areas, we have four core values uniting all of us:
Be great at what you do
Share what you know
Curiosity for our users and us
Build Team BookBeat
In other words: we want our employees to continuously deep dive into and develop within their area(s) of expertise, but also to share that knowledge with their colleagues – we’re all in this together and cooperate (most often a lot) on a daily basis! We’re also looking for employees who are genuinely curious about our users, journey and organization, a curiosity that drives us to always test out new things in our service and to let our users show us if we’re on the right track. Last but definitely not least we want all our employees to contribute to the everyday cooperations and the wellbeing of Team BookBeat – as already mentioned, we’re in this together and we want our team to be healthy and happy at work, and we all contribute to this in different ways
Responsibilities:
- identify, initiate, develop and manage partnerships with external companies and affiliate networks
- plan, book and implement campaigns with our partners, such as offering BookBeat as a benefit through their customer clubs and loyalty programs
- continuously analyze the performance of our partnerships, using data to optimize future efforts
- support the Swedish team with other marketing initiative
