THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team for a 15 month contract, supporting our Asset Management line of business.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of compelling go-to-market strategies and key responsibilities include the preparation and management of required marketing materials and contributing to the day-to-day function of the Asset Management marketing team.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications or similar)
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, including B2B or B2C marketing, advertising, branding, and sales enablement is required
- Experience within the investment management industry is preferred
- Experience working across multiple channels, in a B2B environment with multiple partners is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point is required
- Professionalism with a high degree of diplomacy, tact, and judgment is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, but also collaboratively in a team environment is required
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task and set measurable objectives within defined timelines are required
- Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment is required
- A customer-focused attitude with high performance standards is required
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
