WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a self-starting, dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to help amplify our brand ethos of protecting the world we play in. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing our marketing calendar, managing influencer and community strategies, and ensuring timely, on-brand content delivery. You’ll also support the Brand Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Director in creating content for social channels and executing seasonal product launches. You are inspired and excited by discussions around sustainability and environmentalism and passionate about making this conversation more accessible to a diverse audience.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, or social media
  • A creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with others on cross-functional projects
  • Strong knowledge of influencer/content creator relations and what constitutes effective content on mainstream social media channels
  • Ability to assign KPIs to marketing and business goals
  • Proven experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting social media and/or influencer campaign/project results with recommendations to optimize outcomes
  • Experience working in the creative development process with the ability to work efficiently with graphic designers and writers
  • A start-up mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up culture; can adapt quickly and effectively to changing needs and expectation

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the execution, day-to-day operations, and reporting for tentree’s influencer strategy using the GRIN platform
  • You will collaborate with brand peers to identify content creators and influencers for future campaigns
  • You will develop wrap-up reports for influencer campaigns, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries to share with brand peers and the Senior Brand Director
  • You will work closely with the Social Media Specialist and other brand team members to strategically integrate UGC across all organic channels and provide program support as needed
  • You will oversee the approach, execution, and reporting for product seeding in collaboration with the Social Media Specialist
  • You will report monthly on how channel activities align with company goals and the marketing objectives set by the Senior Brand Director
  • You will support and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the brand ambassador program
  • You will assist in the strategy, execution, and reporting for brand collaborations, partnerships, and omnichannel initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer growth, and sales
  • You will support the strategic approach, execution, and reporting for community activations as directed
  • You will help execute marketing activations, strategies, and briefs for tentree’s product launches, campaigns, and values-driven initiatives as needed
