As a Marketing Coordinator at CDW, you’ll bring energy and creativity to help execute impactful sales training events and engagement initiatives that inform, educate, and connect our coworkers. This entry-level role primarily focuses on executing sales training programs and supporting the activities of the Senior Marketing Coordinator. As part of our Events team, you’ll play an essential role in delivering engaging and well-coordinated experiences that strengthen coworker connections across CDW. Additional Requirements:
- Required to work in the office 4 days per week
- Provide general marketing and promotion support to marketing team as required which may require working evenings or weekends (10%-15% of the time)
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing rate card activities by managing detailed trackers and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Take full ownership of the training budget by accurately tracking expenses, consistently updating budget documentation, and managing event and budget trackers to monitor project timelines, expenses, and key milestones for all training and engagement activities.
- Coordinate and manage in-person training sessions, overseeing end-to-end logistics such as setup, catering, AV requirements, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate and manage virtual training sessions, including ownership of all Teams and Webex links, speaker coordination and overall training logistics.
- Administer event sponsorships by managing related tasks, coordinating benefits, and ensuring accurate tracking in rate card documentation.
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing trainings, including event registration, guest list management, RSVP tracking, and special requests.
- Oversee payments by setting up vendors in the accounts payable system, managing purchase orders, and processing invoices promptly to ensure budget alignment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to handle logistics for in-person training programs, ensuring high-quality, seamless delivery in line with CDW’s standards.
