Description:
For GF Building Flow Solutions business unit in Poland, Warsaw, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to take care of company activities in Poland.
This position is responsible for marketing activities at Uponor Poland. Marketing Coordinator works closely with Local Sales Unit Manager and Area Marketing Director to design and implement an annual marketing plan and budget as well as develop strategic goals related advertising and sales generating actions. The position requires demonstrated abilities to work effectively with a wide variety of people, excellent time and detail management skills, an ability to develop relationships within the company and with partners outside. Uponor is currently looking at integrating additional online strategies into marketing and advertising, the Marketing Coordinator will take the lead on implementing new strategies and media in marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in partnership with cluster marketing and local sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximum ROI.
Oversee the creation and management of content for multiple marketing channels, including press, social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials.
Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Implement trade marketing activities including POS materials, displays, and cooperation with Key Accounts (KA) to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
Make recommendations for advancement and growth of marketing efforts.
Close cooperation with marketers from other countries in the region as well as with central EMEA marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in marketing, on the similar position, with a proven track record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in managing and implementing complex projects, including international ones.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for marketing.
Additional Information:
Full-time position based in Warsaw.
Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, events and trade shows.
