POSITION OVERVIEW

Vetster is looking for a passionate pet parent to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role supporting the marketing team across our customer acquisition strategies, brand building, events and much more.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Must have excellent writing skills with a portfolio of work we can see
  • Graphic design skills a plus
  • Related degree or diploma in marketing or communications
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Must be an animal lover
  • The ability to reach out to new contacts and maintain positive relationships with them
  • Working knowledge of task management tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, Miro or the like
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as PhotoShop, Figma, HubSpot/MailChimp, Wordpress/Squarespace, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Meta and LinkedIn

Responsibilities:

  • Owning our marketing calendar, seasonal campaigns, and ensuring we are well ahead of campaign launches
  • Organizing program elements to launch marketing partnerships, including the production of print assets
  • Write and design marketing materials such as social media copy, case studies, and blog posts.
  • Research and analyze customer data to support strategy development
  • Work with marketing, sales, and marketplace teams to maximize efforts and ensure alignment throughout program progress
  • Manage marketing and cross-functional meetings
  • Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders, and on behalf of the marketing team
  • Present ideas to help promote the brand or campaign in new ways
