As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing a wide range of creatives (static, video, HTML5) for performance and branding campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and others. Your designs will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts, driving engagement and conversions. Experience in fintech, particularly in forex and CFD trading, is a significant plus, as it will enable you to create designs that resonate with our target audience.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and other design tools
  • Video Editing and Animation: Strong skills in video editing and animation, particularly for creating engaging video ads and HTML5 creatives
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that capture attention and drive engagement
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all designs are visually appealing and free of errors
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects (static images, videos, HTML5) for performance and branding campaigns
  • Understanding and analysing marketing metrics, especially those related to creatives, such as hook rate, engagement, etc.
  • Exposure to AI tools usage for creative processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design high-quality creatives (static images, videos, HTML5) for performance and branding campaigns across various digital channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create designs that align with our brand and marketing goals
  • Produce engaging and effective creatives for Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our creatives are cutting-edge and effective
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and ideas
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Utilise feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs continuously
