QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing creative leadership.
  • Creative and conceptual thinking skills (you have a portfolio of successful projects and campaigns).
  • Deep understanding of key metrics influencing success, including CTR, CPC, IPM, and CPA.
  • Skilled in leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform and refine creative concepts.
  • Open and effective communication aimed at building trust with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced English verbal and written skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team continues to grow, and we seek a creative producer to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Creative Producer, you will oversee our products’ creative processes from conception and creative development to planning and execution. The successful candidate will have a blend of creative development, team management, and production. This key role will be instrumental to the team and ideal for a multifaceted, creative thinker.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute a long-term creative strategy to boost product ROI.
  • Concepting and brainstorming, working on strategy sessions with the team.
  • Plan and coordinate the team’s workload.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and guide the team’s creative outcomes.
  • Conduct consistent market research and competitor analysis using various spy tools.
  • Analyze the performance of creatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the product team to optimize acquisition funnels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
