ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking to hire a full-time remote Marketing & CRO Project Manager. You’ll work closely with a talented team of designers and developers to implement and analyze A/B tests, ensuring seamless integration with Optimizely. You’ll be responsible for monitoring test performance and translating data into actionable insights for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with CRO designers and developers to define and implement A/B testing strategies on the website, managing the project timeline and deliverables.
• Ensure full A/B testing integration within Optimizely, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Oversee the technical aspects of CRO projects, including test setup, configuration, and deployment, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Monitor A/B testing performance and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
• Generate comprehensive reports and translate data into actionable insights for clients.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest CRO trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize CRO initiatives and measure success.
