THE POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retention Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on developing and implementing customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value within the home warranty industry. The ideal candidate will work remotely from Mexico, bringing a deep understanding of customer behavior and retention strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product development to align retention efforts with overall business goals.
  • Implement and manage retention campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and direct mail.
  • Monitor and report on retention metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • The Retention Specialist will manage the budget for retention campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve retention goals.
