To support our growing business, we are looking for a Marketing data analyst based in Poland (Remote)
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Marketing Data Analyst at Oviva, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing product strategies through comprehensive data collection, analysis, and insights. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on marketing and customer funnel activities, giving recommendations for optimizing performance, and identifying key growth and conversion opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement best practice marketing tracking, predominantly in Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data
- Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure, providing regular and custom reports across the customer funnel, with a focus on key areas of opportunity such as lead acquisition efforts.
- Gather and integrate data from various sources along the marketing data pipeline, including ad platforms, GA 4, survey tools, and Salesforce CRM
- Conduct data logic checks across different platforms and collect additional data as needed to enhance insights
- Own overall growth and product marketing analytics and reporting processes
- Collaborate on the recommendation and implementation of best practice tools for improved customer journey tracking and channel/marketing spend effectiveness analysis
- Support in identifying significant opportunities within the customer funnel, including cross-channel analyses, creative performance assessments, and churn analysis
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on major channels and budgets, providing insights on performance metrics and KPIs
- Long-term involvement in media mix co-ownership, attribution modelling, and lift test analyses in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
