Description:

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive demand and lead generation for our products and services. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to craft compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences and result in measurable business growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in healthcare IT.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in content creation, SEO, SEM, ABM and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute innovative, multi-channel, targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve customer acquisition, and enhance pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new demand generation opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing automation platform and oversee the integration of various marketing tools to track and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey, product positioning and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates at each stage.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and content used within to drive improvements and fine tune campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage a demand generation budget, allocating resources for maximum return on investment.
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and analyze data to determine campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all demand generation activities adhere to industry best practices and company policies.
