• Main Agency Services: Operexx operates as a traditional agency, serving clients across sectors such as fitness, luxury watches, FMCG, jewellery, SaaS, and e-commerce. We provide holistic digital marketing and design solutions, including visual identity creation for rebrands.
• OGC (Operexx Growth Community): A subscription model that gives small to medium-sized businesses on-demand access to our team through our app, covering services from Google Ads and Meta Ads to email optimisation, CRO audits, and organic content—everything needed to scale affordably.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a marketing design-focused role within a fast-growing startup, so versatility and adaptability are essential. You will be responsible for designing social media ads, crafting email campaigns, writing impactful copy, and building email templates in Klaviyo. You’ll also support a variety of projects, including Shopify website design, landing page creation, and rebrands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create visually compelling email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo.
• Write engaging, conversion-focused copy that aligns with client objectives.
• Design online advertisements and marketing materials for a diverse client base.
• Understand, develop, and enhance client brand identities across various industries.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Consult businesses within the OGC (Operexx Growth Community) on their design and marketing strategies.
