KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead the creation and localization of global category brand and digital toolkits, ensuring that global brand developments align with market needs, consumer preferences, trends, and insights
  • Manage relationships with specific agencies to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor and report on brand and competitor execution across defined markets and categories
  • Provide category support and functional expertise to clusters and markets during the development of launch plans
  • Collaborate with Corporate Legal Affairs, Group Science, and I&I functions to understand the regulatory and competitive landscape of each market
  • Ensure personal compliance with the function’s safety and ethics rules and processes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in managing global brand and digital toolkit creation and localization processes.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, consumer insights, and trends.
  • Proven ability to lead projects of varying scope and complexity, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of ethics and safety.

Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for leading the creation and localization of global toolkits and the identification of best practices to ensure market execution excellence and a consistent go-to-market strategy. This role collaborates with various stakeholders to develop global approaches, manage projects of varying scope and complexity, and communicate process and policy improvements.
