Description:

  1. Responsibility:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across multiple platforms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to track ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Ideku’s products.

  1. Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
