Description:
As Marketing Director for Africa, Middle East & India you will be in charge of the marketing in the cluster.
You will develop and implement both long and short-term brands strategies and tactics in the cluster, as agreed with the Rémy Cointreau Brands guidelines and management principles, as well as contribute in annual brands plan realization to achieve the Budget targets (Volume, CNS, GM, NC, COP) and market share gains.

Responsibilities:
Brand Vision and Strategic Planning
Development and implementation of annual and 5 year plans for RC portfolio / creating a brand vision across each key market driving growth and achievement of our strategic objectives, monitor the strategic planning process and implement these plans with the appointed team.Manage all marketing related client-relationships and communication to appointed partners in the Zone,
Visit markets, evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as required, Understanding trends allowing for new product launches and understanding potential brand risks
Lead & develop Marketing team
Manage, coach and evaluate marketing team in line with the HR guidelines, enable personal growth, learning and competency development within the team, resulting in highly performing team members capable of delivering in difficult markets.
Lead by example – guarantee a clear flow of communication and understanding of company’s rules, guidelines and principles.
Prioritize and mobilize the team around main business opportunities. Role model and foster X-functional collaboration across the markets, brand teams, and functional teams.
Operational Planning
Ensure that brand plans are translated into ATL and BTL activities and are in line with the respective guidelines and agreed with brand teams.
Ensure that deadlines, quality criteria in relationships with key partners/vendors and in the business processes are met.
Create a strong, open and constructive collaboration with the Commercial Team, to come to a full alignment in brand, market and business approach and to generate maximum growth scenarios.
Ensure a robust A&P M&E process is developed and embedded into the teams’ WOWs across the cluster. Where relevant, establish the process within distributors/ partners.
Efficient internal and external communication
Ensure that results, successes and failures vs targets and plans are analyzed and shared internally and externally with brand teams , partners, other stakeholders.
Market visits within the Zone to understand our brand priorities, present and portray RC brands with respect for social responsibility and existing laws or industry codes of conduct
