About you: As Cloud ERP Marketing Director, you’ll be an integral part of both the marketing leadership team and the Cloud ERP Divisional Management Team, working closely together with our sales, product development and customer success functions to deliver against our ambitious growth plans. Covering multiple markets (UK, US, NZ and AU) you have a proven track record of leadership, creating and delivering marketing strategies across multiple geographies. You provide strategic direction from both a marketing and business perspective to senior business stakeholders at board level. We are looking for someone who shares our passion and belief in the opportunity to revolutionise the small business segment to lead the global marketing team within our fast-paced Cloud ERP division. A proven track record in subscription based, Fast SaaS software products operating in the small business segment will be essential. Additionally, experience in base marketing, demand generation, supporting indirect sales strategies and leveraging innovative digital tools to drive scalable performance will be critical to success in this demanding and hugely rewarding role. Day-to-day, you will: • Strategic Marketing: Partner with key leaders to align on targets and resources, integrate acquisitions, and represent customer needs to drive business goals. • Pipeline and Revenue Focus: Deliver marketing targets through innovative demand generation, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and aligning with the ERP Marketing Leadership team. • Leadership & Team: Build and motivate a high-performing global marketing team, managing workloads to meet strategic objectives across geographies. • Data and Operations: Evolve marketing performance metrics, ensure data regulation compliance, and communicate effectively at all levels. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proven growth marketer with experience in B2B demand generation, especially in small business and Fast SaaS solutions. • Skilled in lead generation, website optimisation, content marketing, and digital tools, with a solid understanding of the full customer journey. • Able to execute marketing initiatives and develop strategies that drive strong growth, making data-driven decisions to optimise ROI. • Demonstrates accountability, a commercial mindset, and a willingness to challenge the status quo to achieve targets. Please note, this is a global leadership role requiring teamwork across time zones, so some early starts or late evenings working with colleagues in US, Europe, New Zealand and Australia will be required.
