Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Director will help set the tone for our rapid growth. This role is for the determined, the strategist, one who doesn’t back down from audacious goals, and the one who can also get into Ads Manager and make it happen with their own hands. Reporting directly to the CEO, our Marketing Director will be a key decision-maker in shaping the company’s marketing approach, including customer acquisition and retention strategies. We will hire somebody who thinks and acts like an owner; not just creating the strategy, but personally implementing it.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Proven experience in marketing leadership and project management.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong track record in organic social media growth and influencer marketing.
- Understanding of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Think and act like an owner. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Experience in SaaS marketing and cross-platform attribution is a plus, but not required.
- Graphic design abilities are an asset, though not mandatory.
- Must live in Winnipeg, or be willing to relocate to Winnipeg. This is an in-office, in-person role. Remote workers will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Create and execute marketing strategies aligned with our company goals. Create quarterly marketing plans to ensure business growth, customer acquisition, and retention. Work closely with the CEO to make key decisions related to customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing direction.
- Leadership: Ability to manage marketing projects and team members.
- Hands-On Ads Expertise: Build and maintain campaigns, audiences, and creative across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other platforms. Maintain target customer acquisition costs at scale.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Compile and analyze data to build performance reports, track KPIs, and make real-time recommendations for strategy improvements.
- Social Media Growth: Lead organic social media efforts across multiple platforms, utilizing strategies to increase engagement, grow followers, and build a strong online presence. Identify and cultivate influencer relationships to improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Creative Contribution: While graphic design skills are not a requirement, any additional creative input to enhance marketing materials will be considered a plus.
